Intel 946GZ томоза 2D

Система - Celeron 3.46ghz 1Gb Ram и встроенное видео intel 946 Kubutu 9.10. Непонятное что-то твориться - 3D летает (куб рабочих столов крутиться без малеших тормозов), а при отрисовке 2D ЦПУ рузиться на 100% и соответственно все тормозит (растягивание окна, если иконку потаскать) драйверы от интел одни из последних, glxgears дает 1200 fps in 5 sec.
